We offer both cotton fleece and microfiber products. The consensus is that the best cloth for polishing aluminum is cotton sweatshirt fleece. It has a soft fleece on one side and a tough knit on the other. The fleece side goes against the aluminum and carries the polish to the surface. Our fleece polishing cloth is a heavy-weight white 100% cotton sweatshirt fleece from a domestic mill. This same material is used by premium sportswear manufacturers. If you're wearing Calvin Klein or Nike sweats, you're probably wearing this material. Our microfiber towels are thick and plush. When used for buffing they produce a brilliant shine and will not scratch. We offer a variety of microfiber towel packages. All prices include shipping. |

| FleeceWraps™ | ||||||||||||||||||||
| FleeceWraps are
cotton fleece cloths that have been cut specifically for use with the
Cyclo polisher. The cloth comes
66" wide from the mill. We have it cut into 32" by 40" pieces with
5" slits in the corners and along the sides as shown in the picture
opposite. These slits fit over the motor housing or front handle of the Cyclo
polisher.
The tail of the fabric is then rolled up and the tails brought up between the motor housing and front handle. The tails are then clamped together using a ratcheting cable clamp. One cable clamp is furnished with each 10-pack of FleeceWraps. To see in detail how this is done, go to the Using FleeceWraps page. Each cloth can provide up to 14 polishing positions as shown. |

The cloth stays in place while you polish. You don't have to pay constant attention to keeping the cloth properly positioned under the heads of the polisher. And you never have to hold dirty cloth. When clean cloth is needed it can be brought under the polishing heads by using a different slit to reposition the cloth.

| Since each FleeceWrap provides 14 polishing positions, it provides far better utilization of the cloth than the old method of grabbing a bunch of cloth, passing it under the polishing heads, and attempting to hold it in place via the front and rear handles. | ||||||||||||||||||||

How Many Are Needed? For aircraft, 6 FleeceWraps is probably enough to do the average small airplane. If you're doing a coarse polish followed by a finish polish, then you will use double that amount unless you wash them. For Airstream trailers it's a little hard to estimate. A guess is 1 FleeceWrap per foot of trailer unless you wash them. Toss 'Em, Don't Wash 'Em Our polishing cloth is washable. You can generally wash and reuse the cloth at least 3 times before it gets worn too thin. The problem is that it really messes up the washing machine. It creates a big black ring around the top of the machine. But the ring can be removed with paper towels and a spray-on cleaner. And they often leave a greasy gray film in the dryer, which will be nicely removed by the next unsuspecting user. But since you get quite a bit of mileage from each piece consider just tossing them out when dirty. Try the FleeceWraps. They make polishing go a lot easier. Say goodbye to rag hassles. |

Microfiber TowelsMicrofiber - What is it? Microfiber is a revolutionary man-made fiber (70% Polyester and 30% Polyamide) that is softer than silk yet very durable. The threads are ultrafine, about 200 times finer than a human hair, which make them super soft. There are over 200,000 micro fibers per square inch of cloth. They are unexcelled for cleaning and buffing. Click here to read more about how microfiber is made and used. Washable and durable, they usually last for years. When dirty just throw them in the washing machine with your favorite detergent.When used for buffing aluminum they provide a brilliant, scratch-free finish. For general cleaning chores they can be used dry as dusting cloths or wet for wipe-down cleaning. The tiny micro fibers lift and hold dust, oily films and grime without the need for cleaning solutions. The dust doesn't shake out like dust from a feather duster. Spray a little water on the glass and wipe dry with one of these towels. The glass will be clean and streak-free. Cleaners such as Windex can be used but usually plain water is all that is required.We offer a variety of packages to suit every application.Microfiber Towel PackageThe Microfiber Towel Package is intended to be used in conjunction with the Cyclo polisher for final buffing.We’ve been using the microfiber towels to do the final buffing by hand rather than using the Cyclo polisher and clean fleece. This method saves time because there is no need to keep switching the Cyclo polisher between the polishing cloth and the clean buffing cloth. The towels have a natural affinity for the polish and will pull residual polish out from around rivet heads far better than the Cyclo polisher and fleece. The final shine with the microfiber is even brighter than buffing with fleece. For details visit the Using the Cyclo Polisher page.
The towels are premium quality, size 16" x 24". These are the thickest, plushest towels we have seen. They make an excellent general purpose detailing and dusting cloth. This package contains 6 towels but we offer them in packages of 3 below.
